The porous pipe system is a network of underground, flexible, perforated pipes (rubberized membrane) that distributes termite treatment chemicals evenly throughout the building’s foundation. Advantages of Porous Pipe Termite Treatment
Special 16 mm perforated pipes are laid along the internal periphery and center of the floor in a grid pattern (every 5 feet).
Pipes are installed before the sand bed or flooring materials, such as tiles or marble, are laid.
Emitters in the pipes distribute termiticide at a pre-calculated, uniform rate, ensuring every part of the flooring is protected.
